🧠 About the Role

The Social Media Specialist will drive digital brand presence and community engagement across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.). This role demands a creative strategist who understands how to turn metrics into momentum and has a knack for making scroll-stopping content that aligns with broader marketing objectives.

You’ll manage content calendars, publish daily posts, engage with the audience, track KPIs, and continuously test and optimize campaigns. You’ll also collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team to ensure every post has a purpose.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies that grow audiences and brand affinity
  • Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content (text, image, video, Stories, Reels, etc.)
  • Monitor channels daily for comments, messages, and brand mentions
  • Respond to community engagement in a timely and professional manner
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and platform metrics using analytics tools
  • Work with internal and external creators for visual and written content development
  • Align social media messaging with company tone, voice, and strategic objectives
  • Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and platform changes

✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, engagement trends, and audience behaviors
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Experience creating content (graphics, captions, video ideas)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO principles, and content optimization
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in remote teams
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
