📋 What You’ll Own
• Perform outbound calls to verify education, employment, and references
• Complete verification requests accurately and efficiently
• Conduct phone interviews with professional references
• Handle inbound calls via a multi-line phone system
• Conduct online research and email outreach to confirm data
• Support internal documentation and administrative tasks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of U.S. verifications experience
• Strong and polished phone communication skills
• Tech-savvy with G-Suite + Microsoft Office proficiency
• Capable of managing multiple windows and tasks simultaneously
• 45+ WPM typing speed
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours
