You’ll help coordinate behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring our client engagements run smoothly from kickoff to completion. • Remote (LATAM & Caribbean-based)
• Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule (EST, PST, or CET time zone overlap preferred)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal comms across projects
• Support Project Managers and Client Directors with planning and execution
• Keep timelines on track and documentation organized
• Run Zoom meetings, take notes, and track action items
• Maintain Monday.com boards and project tools
• Ensure client questions and needs are addressed promptly
• Spot inefficiencies and help improve internal processes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Based in Latin America or the Caribbean
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-driven
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across teams
• Experience with project tools like Zoom, Monday.com is a plus
• Prior experience in operations, admin, or client support preferred
