📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate labor requests and schedule A/V crew for live events
• Communicate event details to clients and crew in real time
• Review and update timecards within 24 hours of each event
• Serve as on-call support for client and crew inquiries
• Organize travel logistics when needed
• Support internal team with other tasks as assigned
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Basic knowledge of the live event industry and A/V tech roles
• Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
• Exceptional organization and follow-through
• Clear communicator—both written and verbal
• Quick learner, able to pick up tools like Lasso software
• Math comfort (especially for timecard/payroll accuracy)
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
