📋 What You’ll Own
• Make daily outbound calls to verify job applicant information
• Conduct reference interviews and document outcomes
• Research education/employment details via web and phone
• Send verification emails to schools, companies, and licensing boards
• Respond to inbound department calls
• Update verification requests per client specifications
• Handle administrative tasks tied to the Verifications team
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of U.S. verifications experience
• Confident phone voice, professional tone
• Strong command of G-Suite + Microsoft Office
• Fast, accurate typing (45 WPM or higher)
• Skilled at multitasking across tabs, browsers, and research tools
• Able to work U.S. business hours
• Organized, detail-obsessed, and fast on follow-through
