As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you’ll take ownership of daily payables, help manage vendor relationships, and support our broader accounting efforts. You’ll also collaborate with FP&A to connect operational precision to big-picture financial strategy. • Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting
• Core hours: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PT (Mon–Fri)
📋 What You’ll Own
Vendor & Payment Management
• Maintain accurate vendor records (W-9s, tax IDs, banking)
• Manage remittance, exemptions, and communication via Airbase
• Resolve vendor inquiries professionally and quickly
Invoice Management & AP Workflow
• Enter/validate invoices through Airbase and Ramp
• Ensure correct GL coding, service periods, and NetSuite sync
• Clear AP queue daily to prevent bottlenecks
Compliance & Approvals
• Route invoices for timely approval per policy
• Flag urgent issues (e.g. service disruption risks)
• Use standardized comms templates
Banking & Treasury Ops
• Process payments via ACH, wire, checks, v-cards, etc.
• Support disbursements, prepaid platforms, and petty cash reconciliation
Reconciliations & Accounting
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP aging reports
• Match cleared transactions to payments
• Support close process with GL work, amortization, accruals
Audit & FP&A Support
• Assist with audit prep and reporting
• Analyze transactions for variances or anomalies
• Generate reports to support forecasting and Opex planning
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years experience in AP, accounting ops, or treasury
• NetSuite experience a must; familiar with Airbase and Ramp
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliation)
• Strong grasp of continuous accounting and GL practices
• Clear communicator and proactive collaborator
• Knowledge of U.S. 1099 and tax compliance
