Scale Army is a fast-growing international staffing agency connecting top global talent with U.S.-based companies. As we expand, we’re hiring a detail-driven Accounts Payable / Junior Accounting Associate to keep our financial operations sharp, accurate, and compliant. You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager to manage contractor payments, streamline workflows, and support scalable finance ops across platforms like QuickBooks, Deel, and Upwork.

• Full-time | Remote (Guatemala only)
• $800–$950/month + commission potential

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage and track vendor/contractor invoices
• Execute bi-weekly and monthly payment runs
• Reconcile transactions and support ledger accuracy
• Maintain vendor and tax records; ensure compliance
• Process expense reports and validate reimbursements
• Identify errors (duplicates, delays, inconsistencies)
• Keep SOPs and payment trackers updated and audit-ready
• Assist in audit/tax prep with organized documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years experience in accounting or finance ops
• Hands-on with QuickBooks Online, Deel, Upwork
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliation
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP principles
• Proactive and detail-oriented under remote conditions
• Excellent communication and follow-through
