🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile Copywriter to join the Ezra marketing team (contract through December 2025). You’ll play a key role in creating clear, emotionally resonant messaging across email, push notifications, SMS, and other direct-to-consumer touchpoints. You’ll be employed by Function, but focused on elevating Ezra’s brand and reach.
This is a fast-paced, fully remote opportunity perfect for a copywriter who thrives in growth-stage startups and believes deeply in the mission of accessible, preventative care.
🧠What You’ll Be Doing
• Write clear, conversion-focused copy across email, push, SMS, and lifecycle content
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and design teams to develop high-performing campaigns
• Maintain and evolve Ezra’s brand voice while staying aligned with Function’s overall tone
• Ensure messaging is engaging, action-oriented, and personalized to drive user outcomes
• Work within tools like Figma and campaign dashboards to streamline review and delivery
• Manage multiple campaigns with sharp attention to deadlines and details

• 5+ years of copywriting experience at agencies or fast-growth brands
• Background in health-tech, wellness, or direct-to-consumer preferred
• Strong writing chops across short-form, high-conversion formats (email, SMS, etc.)
• Experience using Figma or similar collaborative tools
• Excellent cross-functional communication and creative collaboration skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Passion for health, wellness, and tech-driven impact
