🧾 About the Role
Clipboard Health is on a mission to fix healthcare staffing by connecting qualified professionals with the facilities that need them. As an Onboarding Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in making that connection happen—quickly, safely, and by the book.
You’ll be part of the frontline operations team, validating documents, ensuring compliance, and helping new healthcare professionals complete onboarding. Every detail matters—because if a license is expired or a form is wrong, lives are affected. You’ll be the first line of defense against mistakes, delays, and fraud.
✅ What You’ll Do
📞 Communicate with HCPs via email, chat, and phone to guide them through the onboarding and documentation process
📂 Review documents for completeness, accuracy, expiration, and compliance with both internal policies and industry regulations
🚩 Flag issues—missing, incorrect, or potentially fraudulent submissions—and escalate with clear documentation
✅ Follow SOPs and step-by-step workflows, ensuring all data is accurately entered and securely handled
📊 Track and log trends, patterns, and recurring roadblocks in order to improve the overall onboarding experience
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Training, and Subject Matter Experts to keep processes clear and streamlined
