Content Allies is looking for a part-time Podcast Content Writer to transform B2B podcast episodes into compelling written and social content. You’ll use ChatGPT 4.0 to generate headlines, show notes, social posts, and quote blocks that boost reach, engagement, and value for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. This is a fully remote role, with the freedom to work from anywhere.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Write show notes with guest intros, episode summaries, actionable takeaways, and resource links
• Generate punchy, attention-grabbing headlines for each episode
• Pull key quotes and format them into quote blocks for social
• Script short social video segments using episode highlights
• Write tailored posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and TikTok
• Include accurate social handles and URLs for each guest
• Ensure all posts include CTAs aligned with the brand voice
• Collaborate with producers and marketing to align content
• Use ChatGPT 4.0 to enhance workflows, creativity, and consistency
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience writing for podcasts (show notes, quote blocks, etc.)
• Proficiency using ChatGPT 4.0 or other AI tools in your workflow
• Strong, engaging writing skills and copy instincts
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to summarize audio content
• Comfort crafting short-form social and marketing content
• Understanding of B2B audiences and tone
• Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive communicator
• Bonus: SEO knowledge for podcast content
