About the Role
FanSided is seeking passionate soccer writers to join our contributor team and share their expertise across top leagues including the EPL, MLS, Bundesliga, Serie A, La Liga, and NWSL.
We’re currently hiring writers to cover the following clubs:
- Premier League: Aston Villa (Claret Villans), Everton, Leicester City, Manchester City, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Southampton, Tottenham, West Ham
- La Liga: FC Barcelona, Real Madrid
- Bundesliga: Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund
- Serie A: Juventus
- MLS: Inter Miami, Columbus Crew, NYCFC, Real Salt Lake, Orlando City SC, Seattle Sounders, and general MLS
- Other: Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1), Rangers FC (Scottish Premiership)

💡 What You’ll Do
- Write a minimum of one article per month — more writing = more earning
- Submit article topic ideas for approval to ensure coverage balance
- Create original, engaging fan-focused content
- Explore and develop your unique voice as a writer
- Receive support, exposure, and feedback from FanSided’s editorial team
✅ Requirements
- Strong knowledge and passion for your chosen club or league
- Excellent writing, grammar, and research skills
- Ability to meet basic deadlines and follow editorial feedback
- Previous writing experience preferred but not required
- Must be self-motivated and collaborative
💵 Compensation
This is a contractor role. Writers are paid based on monthly article traffic — the more people read your content, the more you earn. Compensation is site- and experience-dependent.
