🧾 About the Role
Maximus is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Supervisor to lead a remote team supporting the CDC INFO program. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and strong leadership in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You’ll coach agents, drive operational goals, and support public health outreach nationwide.

🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
🌐 Remote | Must have personal computer for training
🗣 Must speak, read, and write English & Spanish fluently


🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Supervise remote call center staff to ensure quality and compliance
  • Interview, hire, and manage team performance with HR collaboration
  • Conduct weekly coaching and support employee development
  • Monitor service level goals and analyze team performance
  • Lead team meetings, enforce call center policies, and resolve escalations
  • Recommend changes to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Step in to assist team with challenging cases as needed
  • Participate in operational leadership activities

🎓 What You’ll Need

✔️ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combo of experience & education)
✔️ 3–5 years of professional experience
✔️ Fluent in English & Spanish (read/write/speak professionally)
✔️ Proficient with Microsoft Office
✔️ Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to lead in fast-paced, remote environments
✔️ Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods
✔️ Comfortable using video conferencing tools


💻 Home Office Requirements

  • 💻 A personal laptop/desktop for training (no tablets or Chromebooks)
  • 🌐 Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher (test via speedtest.net)
  • 🔌 Hardwired ethernet connection preferred
  • 🛑 Quiet, private workspace with reliable power

After training, company equipment will be provided.


💰 Salary Range:

  • Minimum: $44,000
  • Maximum: $48,500
    Based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity
