Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) is seeking a Bilingual Patient Access Call Center Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients accessing reproductive healthcare. You’ll field high volumes of calls in both Spanish and English, handle appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication—all while delivering compassionate, mission-aligned service.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls in Spanish or English with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule, cancel, or reschedule patient appointments
• Register new patients in the EHR system and verify insurance
• Share pre-visit instructions, confirm service eligibility, and flag financial support options
• Use scripts and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Notify patients of appointment changes or STI results (excluding HIV) per protocol
• Relay messages to providers and transfer calls as needed
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service benchmarks
• Uphold HIPAA standards, internal equity commitments, and performance goals
• Train and mentor fellow team members as needed
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless patient experience
