CrewBloom is hiring Remote Call Center Agents to support inbound and outbound customer service operations across multiple departments. From Member Services to Retention and Pre-Cancel Services, you’ll be the voice that helps customers stay connected and supported. âś… Position Highlights
• Location: Remote (must reside in the U.S., preference for AZ residents)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri
• Training: 9 AM–6 PM CST (2 weeks)
• Post-Training: 10 AM–7 PM CST
• 100% attendance required during training
• Bonus eligibility based on 93%+ ongoing attendance


📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls
• Support customer inquiries across departments
• Re-engage customers in pre-cancel or retention queues
• Document all call activity in real-time
• Follow compliance and quality guidelines
• Maintain strong KPIs and reliable attendance


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Able to pass a background check
• Committed to full attendance for first 3 training weeks
• Highly organized with great follow-through

• Dual Core 2 GHz+ processor, 4GB RAM+, 80GB storage

• Wired keyboard/mouse (no wireless)
• Hardwired internet: 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up
• Router must have a firewall (no direct modem use)
