Maximus is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead a remote team of 10โ€“12 Enrollment Brokers supporting Louisiana Medicaid applications. Youโ€™ll coach your team, ensure high-quality service, and help customers navigate their Medicaid journeyโ€”all from home.

๐Ÿ“‹ Responsibilities

  • Manage a remote call center team of 10โ€“12 Enrollment Brokers
  • Monitor calls and staff performance for quality and efficiency
  • Interview, hire, evaluate, and discipline staff with HR partnership
  • Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with policies (incl. wage & hour laws)
  • Identify training opportunities and lead weekly coaching
  • Track quality trends, improve performance, and escalate issues when needed
  • Participate in leadership meetings and policy improvement
  • Handle escalations, ensure confidentiality, and drive call center goals
  • Lead by exampleโ€”support, motivate, and engage your team

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications

โœ”๏ธ Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent combo of experience and education)
โœ”๏ธ 3โ€“5 years of relevant experience
โœ”๏ธ Minimum 6 months experience supervising a remote team
โœ”๏ธ Call Center + Medicaid/Health Plan experience preferred
โœ”๏ธ Proficient with Microsoft applications
โœ”๏ธ Must reside in the continental U.S.

  • Minimum: $44,800
  • Maximum: $55,000
    Based on experience, location, and internal alignment
