π What Youβll Own
π Voice Support
β’ Answer product questions and guide customers through ordering and shipping processes
β’ Help set up customer accounts and place standard orders
β’ De-escalate customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
π§ Non-Voice Support
β’ Respond to inquiries via email, voicemail, e-fax, and social media
β’ Log interactions accurately and resolve issues promptly
π₯ Customer Account Management
β’ Assist in managing Reseller Accounts and setting up new M3 profiles
β’ Support UPS claims by tracing packages and filing documentation
π Outbound Lead Generation
β’ Research and identify new potential customers
β’ Conduct outbound calls and emails to grow brand presence
π― Must-Have Traits & Experience
β’ Fluent and natural English communication
β’ 1+ year of contact center or customer service experience
β’ Strong writing, listening, and problem-solving skills
β’ Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
β’ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
β’ Attention to detail and ability to multitask across platforms
