1840 & Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide responsive, empathetic support across multiple channels—including voice, email, social media, and more. 📋 What You’ll Own
📞 Voice Support
• Answer product questions and guide customers through ordering and shipping processes
• Help set up customer accounts and place standard orders
• De-escalate customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
📧 Non-Voice Support
• Respond to inquiries via email, voicemail, e-fax, and social media
• Log interactions accurately and resolve issues promptly
👥 Customer Account Management
• Assist in managing Reseller Accounts and setting up new M3 profiles
• Support UPS claims by tracing packages and filing documentation
📈 Outbound Lead Generation
• Research and identify new potential customers
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to grow brand presence
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• Fluent and natural English communication
• 1+ year of contact center or customer service experience
• Strong writing, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask across platforms
