📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver friendly and accurate support via phone, chat, and email
• Guide users through account activation, integration, and troubleshooting
• Answer questions about retirement plans (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing)
• Use Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM tools to manage cases
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams for resolution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in customer support, tech helpdesk, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organization skills
• Familiar with retirement account concepts a plus
• Experience with Zendesk and Aircall ideal
• Must pass a background check
