• Type: Full-Time, Remote (U.S.)
• Pay: $17.31/hour
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends & holidays (7 AM–11 PM CT shift window)
• Location: US-based (work-from-home)

📋 What You’ll Do

Handle 30–40 inbound calls/day with professionalism and upbeat energy

Provide personalized product recommendations and complete transactions
Translate technical info into customer-friendly language
Actively listen to identify needs and tailor solutions
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For

2+ years in a customer-facing sales or service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Basic troubleshooting with digital devices (Mac, iOS, etc.)
Typing at least 42 WPM @ 95%+ accuracy
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable hardwired internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience in tech support, digital media, or e-commerce
