In this remote, full-time position, youāll represent a globally recognized tech brandāguiding customers through online shopping experiences, resolving issues, and helping them select the best solutions. Position Details
⢠Type: Full-Time, Remote (U.S.)
⢠Pay: $17.31/hour
⢠Schedule: 40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends & holidays (7āÆAMā11āÆPM CT shift window)
⢠Location: US-based (work-from-home)
š What Youāll Do
- Handle 30ā40 inbound calls/day with professionalism and upbeat energy
- Provide personalized product recommendations and complete transactions
- Translate technical info into customer-friendly language
- Actively listen to identify needs and tailor solutions
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment
šÆ What Weāre Looking For
- 2+ years in a customer-facing sales or service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Basic troubleshooting with digital devices (Mac, iOS, etc.)
- Typing at least 42 WPM @ 95%+ accuracy
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable hardwired internet (20āÆMbps down / 10āÆMbps up minimum)

- Bachelorās degree (preferred)
- Experience in tech support, digital media, or e-commerce
