🏛 About the Role
Maximus is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Team Leader to support Open Enrollment. In this remote role, you’ll coach new and existing agents, handle escalated calls, monitor performance, and step in during peak periods to ensure seamless service.
🗓 Temporary position starting in September. Duration depends on business needs.

📝 Responsibilities
- Train, support, and monitor call center agents in real time
- Handle call escalations, complaints, and assist during call spikes
- Monitor call center productivity and ensure performance targets are met
- Answer inbound calls as needed
- Provide nesting support to new hires during onboarding
- Maintain updated knowledge of procedures and policies
- Log and escalate any issues or inquiries
- Assist Supervisors with complex consumer matters
- Contribute feedback to enhance call center documentation and process
🎓 Requirements
✔️ Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken, written, and translated)
✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ 6+ years of professional experience
✔️ 3+ years of Call Center experience preferred
✔️ Must reside in New Jersey
✔️ NJ SBE Project experience required (internal applicants)
