• Full-time role with base + performance bonuses
• OTE: $65,000/year

📋 What You’ll Do
• Engage & Prospect: Reach out to potential nonprofit clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll be creating demand—often before it exists.
• Communicate Value: Become a Bloomerang expert and clearly articulate how our product solves nonprofit pain points.
• Set Meetings: Schedule and qualify leads for Account Executives. Your success means more closed deals—and more nonprofit wins.
• Strategize with Sales: Partner with AEs to build strategic pipelines, target key accounts, and hand off warm, qualified leads.
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage a steady 90-day pipeline, track every touchpoint, and constantly refine your outreach.
• Work the CRM: Keep Salesforce and outreach tools like Outreach and 6Sense clean and updated.

• Have 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
• Thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Are resilient—you take “no” as a challenge, not a defeat
• Communicate clearly and confidently across email, calls, and LinkedIn
• Are curious, coachable, and always hungry to improve
• Have a passion for helping nonprofits do more good
• (Bonus) Know your way around Salesforce, Outreach, or 6Sense
