  • โ˜Ž๏ธ Answering inbound customer calls
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Providing support in both English and Spanish
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Offering friendly, professional service without the sales pressure
  • ๐Ÿ” Using strong multitasking and research skills to help customers understand the service

โœ… What You Bring

  • A pleasant phone voice and great listening skills
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Previous call center or phone support experience (preferred, not required)
  • โšก Ability to multitask and pick up new concepts fast
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Positive attitude and a sincere interest in helping people
