This isnโt a sales gig. Youโll be the friendly, informed voice on the other end of the lineโhelping property owners understand how they may be overpaying on taxes and guiding them through their options.
ModSquad has partnered with a tech-forward client offering automation to reduce property tax burdens. And they need bilingual support superheroes like you.
๐ What Youโll Be Doing
- โ๏ธ Answering inbound customer calls
- ๐ฌ Providing support in both English and Spanish
- ๐ฏ Offering friendly, professional service without the sales pressure
- ๐ Using strong multitasking and research skills to help customers understand the service
โ What You Bring
- A pleasant phone voice and great listening skills
- ๐ Previous call center or phone support experience (preferred, not required)
- โก Ability to multitask and pick up new concepts fast
- ๐ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- ๐ก Positive attitude and a sincere interest in helping people
