🧾 About the Role
GRT Financial is seeking a compassionate and detail-driven Client Service Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice guiding clients through debt resolution programs—answering questions, providing updates, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
• Address concerns, explain programs, and document client updates
• Accurately navigate our CRM system to track client progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain high service standards and meet performance targets
🧠 What You’ll Need
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent service
• Strong communication (written + verbal)
• Intermediate typing and basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Bonus: Experience with F.D.C.P.A. guidelines or collections
• A history of strong attendance and accountability
