ModSquad is seeking part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support professionals to assist customers for a client whose innovative software helps property owners identify potential overpayments on their property taxes. This is a non-sales role focused on inbound calls, where you’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance and answer customer inquiries about the client’s services.


âś… Position Highlights
• Pay: Hourly rate discussed during interview
• Employment: Part-time, 20 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 AM – 3 PM PT
• Duration: 90 days (with potential to extend)
• Location: Remote from select U.S. states (excluding CA, CO, NY, WA)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish
• Provide clear, professional, and helpful support to customers
• Research customer inquiries and deliver accurate information
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the client’s services


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Pleasant, professional phone presence
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new systems and information
• Call center experience preferred but not required
