About the Role
Local Splash is expanding fast and seeking driven sales professionals to join our fully remote team. Position Details
- Pay: $6–$15/hour DOE + uncapped bonuses (OTE $35,000–$45,000/year)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PST (no weekends)
- Location: 100% remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do
- Call 150–200 cold prospects daily using an autodialer
- Receive inbound calls through an automated dialer system
- Conduct follow-up calls to warm leads
- Generate interest with business owners and qualify their needs
- Gather details to match clients with tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in inside sales, phone sales, cold calling, or SaaS sales
- Remote/work-from-home experience (1+ year)
- SEO and/or Google Ads experience preferred
- Proficiency with G Suite and virtual communication tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and rapport-building skills
- Goal-driven, self-starter with a positive, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with Vicidial, Paylocity, Zoiper, or VPN is a plus
Technical Requirements
- Windows-based PC with webcam, headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Ethernet connection (wired)
- Reliable high-speed internet (fiber preferred)
- Ability to multitask efficiently and use hotkeys/shortcuts
