📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social platforms
• Generate and qualify leads for Account Executives
• Build and manage multi-channel outreach sequences
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers (Managers, Directors, C-suite)
• Respond to inbound leads and pass qualified contacts to Sales
• Document all activities and engagement in CRM
• Assist in content creation and sales campaign planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the sales pipeline


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written + verbal)
• 1+ year experience in outbound B2B sales or business development
• Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable handling objections and communicating value
• Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. preferred)
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel
