Pavago is hiring a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a client focused on AI and hybrid cloud solutions. This role is all about outbound hustle: high-volume cold calls, precise targeting, and daily appointment setting with enterprise decision-makers. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Source and target leads across email, LinkedIn, and outbound platforms
• Make 80–120 cold calls per day to book qualified appointments with CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers
• Secure 1–4 high-quality meetings per day
• Log outreach, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
• Coordinate with the founder and senior sales team on strategy and handoffs
• Stay sharp on AI, cloud, and infrastructure trends to speak credibly and convert prospects
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in outbound sales, preferably in tech (AI, cloud, SaaS, etc.)
• Proven cold calling success with a consistent appointment-setting record
• Native or near-native English fluency
• Familiar with CRM and outbound tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Able to articulate complex solutions clearly and confidently
• Highly disciplined with follow-through and time management
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and not afraid to iterate fast
