Pavago is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to assist one of our U.S.-based clients—a fast-growing company helping small business owners resolve COVID-era government loan burdens. This is not a sales role, but it plays a key part in the sales pipeline. You’ll confirm appointments, guide prospects through pre-screening questions, and support the sales team with key insights and organized follow-ups.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Confirm newly booked consultation calls with prospective clients
• Guide each prospect through a structured pre-screening to assess urgency and fit
• Flag key information and notes to the sales team for better preparation
• Log and update all interactions in HubSpot
• Follow up with no-shows and reschedule missed appointments
• Conduct outreach to unresponsive leads to maintain momentum
• Support the sales process through SOPs and ad hoc admin tasks
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Clear, friendly phone presence
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or admin support
• Comfortable with outbound calling and structured scripting
• Strong organizational skills and CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred)
