1840 & Company is hiring a results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships across LATAM. You’ll lead initiatives with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates—particularly within high-growth, regulated industries like fintech, crypto, and trading. The goal: scale performance-based campaigns that actually move the needle.

📋 What You’ll Own
KOL & Affiliate Management
• Proactively identify and recruit influencers, brands, YouTubers, and affiliates
• Lead outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and documentation
• Build long-term affiliate relationships through strong communication
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns for higher conversions and ROI
• Develop, execute, and refine promotional strategies
• Track affiliate activity, report KPIs, and spot growth opportunities
• Stay on top of industry trends and scout emerging talent
SEO & Backlink Strategy
• Coordinate with external vendors to build high-quality backlinks
• Maintain and monitor healthy link structures across platforms
• Research the crypto ecosystem and competitor backlink tactics
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• 3+ years in affiliate marketing or influencer management
• Strong ROI and performance-tracking background (CPA, LTV, conversion metrics)
• Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or CFDs highly preferred
• Analytical, independent, and results-driven
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Flexible with global time zones—strict 9–6 candidates will not be considered
