Weโ€™re hiring a Fulfillment & Client Support Coordinator to join a fast-moving, cross-functional team at the heart of a global outsourcing leader. Youโ€™ll be the bridge between clients, vendors, and internal departmentsโ€”ensuring accurate orders, smooth communication, and on-time delivery. ๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely billing
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Assist with product specs, pricing, and vendor communications
  • โœ… Manage and submit new customer/vendor approval forms
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Support the development of client proposals and documentation
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Verify and oversee manufacturer orders and specs
  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Use Oracle NetSuite (or similar) to track all fulfillment processes
  • ๐Ÿ“ Create and review specs using tools like Cap Worksheets or Project Spec
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Maintain order tracking systems and generate reports
  • ๐Ÿš› Coordinate with warehouses and clients for delivery/install confirmations
  • ๐Ÿ“ฅ Monitor warehouse receipts and documentation
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Ensure client satisfaction through final approvals and issue resolution
  • ๐Ÿงพ Process invoices and organize digital project files
  • ๐Ÿค Join meetings and contribute to company initiatives

โœ”๏ธ Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
โœ”๏ธ Polished interpersonal skills for internal and client-facing interactions
โœ”๏ธ Strong organizational + multitasking abilities
โœ”๏ธ Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP software
โœ”๏ธ Familiarity with Cap Worksheets or spec tools
โœ”๏ธ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
โœ”๏ธ Experience in fulfillment, customer service, or project coordination
โœ”๏ธ Tech-forward mindset and fast learning curve
โœ”๏ธ Reliable personal computer + stable internet (20 Mbps minimum)
