📋 What You’ll Own
• Clean and analyze large datasets to identify prospective business owners
• Build and manage cold email campaigns targeting acquisition leads
• Track email performance, responses, and conversions via Smartlead and CRM
• Use tools like Invin and Seamless to enrich prospect data and improve targeting
• Perform A/B testing, monitor deliverability, and continuously optimize campaigns
• Streamline processes to scale lead generation efforts efficiently
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in data ops, cold outreach, and lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Smartlead, Invin, and Seamless
• Strong grasp of cold email strategy, inbox management, and automation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from large datasets
• Skilled in CRM tools and maintaining lead pipelines
