Wellth is a fast-growing digital health company using behavioral economics and habit science to drive meaningful health outcomes for underserved populations. As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new members—walking them through enrollment, explaining the Wellth program, and helping them get started with our app. This is a chance to be part of a mission-driven company making a real impact on people’s lives every day.

• Full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Remote (U.S. only)
• Schedule: Mon–Sat between 6 AM–8 PM PST
• Base pay up to $18/hr + monthly bonus

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls to introduce the Wellth program
• Guide members step-by-step through app download and usage
• Answer questions and help overcome hesitations with clarity and empathy
• Conduct feedback outreach to capture member insights
• Support the Member Operations team with ongoing engagement efforts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Friendly, professional, and clear phone presence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, empathetic, and motivated by mission-driven work
• Organized and capable of managing a high call volume
• Comfortable guiding less tech-savvy users through mobile app steps
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Familiarity with iOS and Android tech
