🧾 About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy Social Media Specialist to help drive brand awareness, grow online communities, and craft thumb-stopping content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends, understands platform algorithms, and can turn audience insights into impactful strategy.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across key platforms—including Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and more—while collaborating with design and marketing teams to develop high-quality campaigns that connect and convert.


📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor social media conversations, DMs, comments, and trends—respond with professionalism and speed
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and audience behavior to refine strategy
  • Provide regular performance reports and insight-based recommendations
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to create scroll-stopping visuals and copy
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms, tools, and trends—and apply best practices
  • Engage and grow online communities by fostering conversations and loyalty
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team to align brand storytelling across all channels

✅ What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or Coordinator
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, tools, and current trends
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, GA4)
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and community engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a bonus
  • Experience collaborating with design and creative teams
