📝 What You’ll Do
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with participants
- 🎯 Guide clients through employment plans and long-term retention strategies
- 🧭 Support clients in accessing training, healthcare, childcare, and more
- 📞 Conduct follow-ups to resolve issues and track client success
- 📋 Maintain clear, up-to-date case records
- 👥 Collaborate with project staff to remove participation barriers
- 🔁 Share updates on outreach, engagement, and retention progress
- ✅ Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
🎓 What You Bring
✔️ High school diploma or GED
✔️ Case management or customer service experience preferred
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
✔️ Based in Montana (required)
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
