As our SEO Specialist, you’ll lead strategy across both classic search engine optimization and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) channels (like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity). This is a full-stack growth role—driving traffic, conversions, and in-app engagement across millions of users.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build and lead SEO + GEO strategy across platforms
• Conduct deep keyword, topic, and trend research
• Own SEO as a full acquisition funnel: traffic → conversion → activation
• Drive A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Collaborate on content production with design + writing teams
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, organic traffic, CAC, LTV, etc.) end to end
• Stay ahead of search trends, AI integrations, and platform shifts
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or similar
• Strong technical + content SEO background
• GEO (Generative SEO) experience a plus
• CRO and A/B testing know-how
• Proficient with SEO and analytics tools: GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA, Amplitude, Looker
• Bonus: SQL, HTML/JavaScript knowledge
• Intermediate to advanced English (Spanish a plus)
