Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency helping top-tier B2B SaaS brands like SAP, Adobe, and Hotjar scale their content through SEO. We’re hiring an SEO Outreach Specialist to help build high-quality backlinks through strategic relationship-building and content placement. You’ll join a collaborative team, report to the Outreach Lead, and have the autonomy to be creative in how you drive results.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Identify and prospect link-building opportunities through deep research
• Build and nurture relationships with publishers, editors, and site owners
• Curate guest post topics that align with editorial standards and SEO strategy
• Coordinate guest posts and backlink deliveries with high attention to quality
• Track all outreach and link placements in project management tools (Notion, ClickUp)
• Align link-building strategies with evolving client goals and SEO plans
• Support internal Omniscient Digital backlinking initiatives
• Partner with Content & SEO Strategists to execute seamless campaigns
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3 years experience in SEO, keyword research, and/or link building
• Familiar with Ahrefs, Clearscope, Loom, Google Analytics, Notion, ClickUp
• High bar for ethical, effective SEO practices—no black hat shortcuts
• Meticulous attention to detail in tracking, reporting, and anchor text strategy
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills (email and calls)
• Proactive mindset with a bias toward action
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment
• Deadline-driven and dependable
• Friendly, team-first personality—no room for egos
