📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage lead enrichment, database accuracy, and CRM integrity
• Oversee HubSpot workflows and lead assignments
• Enrich leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, and internal research
• Scrub lead lists, dedupe records, and maintain data quality
• Build dashboards and reporting for sales and marketing
• Coordinate tools like RingCentral and ensure accurate data sync
• Identify and implement HubSpot workflow optimizations
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and BDR follow-up tasks
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth data handoffs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–2 years in lead gen, data management, or B2B sales
• 6+ months of hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• 1–2 years in sales or client success is a plus
• Experience with Zapier integrations
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Admin, or similar
