Join a dynamic, fast-moving team where your communication skills create real impact. As a Spanish Bilingual Support Representative, you’ll be the trusted voice for clients navigating everything from documents to invoices, guiding them with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.


📋 What You’ll Do

• Proactively reach out to clients via calls, emails, and text messages to support with:
    ↳ Document submission and signing
    ↳ Invoice questions and payments
    ↳ General account inquiries

• Guide clients through completing and signing required documents
• Follow up on overdue invoices and assist with payment processing
• Receive and resolve inbound calls related to document and billing support
• Educate clients on company services, invoicing processes, and policies


✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Have excellent communication and active listening skills
• Can juggle multiple tasks with strong organization and follow-through
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using email, chat, and CRM systems
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly
• Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
