๐Ÿ’ผ The Role: Team Lead, Customer Support

Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on leader to join our Customer Success team. Youโ€™ll manage five support reps, lead escalations, monitor SLAs, and spend up to 50% of your time in the trenches solving tickets. Itโ€™s the perfect role for someone who blends strategy, empathy, and execution.


๐Ÿ”ง What Youโ€™ll Do

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Manage and coach a team of 5 Support Representatives
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Resolve customer escalations with speed, care, and clarity
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Stay active in the Zendesk ticket queue (50% of time)
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Monitor performance and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met
  • ๐Ÿค Partner with VP of Customer Success to spot trends and drive support strategy
  • ๐Ÿง  Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistency
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops to advocate for customer needs

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ 3+ years in Customer Support/SaaS; 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Zendesk (or equivalent) power user
  • ๐Ÿง  Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • โœ‹ Hands-on leadership styleโ€”you lead by doing
  • ๐Ÿš€ Startup or high-growth experience a plus
  • ๐Ÿงฉ Technical chops to explain complex issues in simple terms
