📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule crews and respond to client labor requests
• Process and update timecards within 24 hours post-event
• Act as point of contact for clients and crew during on-call hours

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong understanding of live event roles (AV techs, lighting, camera ops, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Basic math and payroll familiarity
