Sporty Group is seeking a technically savvy and agile-driven Project Manager to oversee infrastructure-heavy projects and DevOps initiatives. You’ll help manage delivery pipelines, streamline operations, and ensure cross-functional alignment across distributed teams. Ideal for someone who’s lived in the trenches of cloud platforms and can speak fluent engineer.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver projects end-to-end—from scoping to execution and reporting
• Manage timelines and resources across DevOps, QA, and product teams
• Drive infrastructure-first projects with a focus on AWS, CI/CD, and IaC
• Keep agile ceremonies efficient and sprint velocity on track
• Navigate blockers and time zones to keep delivery moving
• Maintain transparent, clean documentation and reporting
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in technical project management within a software/engineering environment
• 2+ years hands-on background in DevOps
• Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure, containers, networking, and security
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder awareness
• Proven Agile team leadership across distributed teams
• Fluent English
