As a Virtual Maintenance Technician with Happy Force, you’ll triage incoming issues, guide residents through basic repairs, and use your hard-earned know-how to keep homes running smoothly—all from the comfort of home.

📋 What You’ll Do
• Guide residents through basic maintenance fixes via text, phone, and video
• Triage incoming tickets using Happy Force software and prioritize based on urgency
• Determine and escalate emergency issues using property-specific protocols
• Communicate with on-site teams and property managers to coordinate resolutions
• Provide empathy, patience, and know-how—without ever stepping into a unit
• Document issues and resolutions with clarity and care
• Join product feedback and improvement sessions
🎯 What You Bring
• 5+ years of on-site residential maintenance experience (multi-family preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and mitigation protocols
• Clear, upbeat communication skills (English fluency required; Spanish highly preferred)
• Tech-comfortable—able to use Zoom, Google Docs, and our ticketing platform
• Ability to work with diverse residents and resolve common issues with patience
• Calm under pressure, sharp on triage, and solution-oriented
• A positive attitude and a deep respect for the resident experience
