We’re looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide expert-level assistance to English-speaking clients—over the phone, through remote access tools, and across a wide range of operating systems and devices.

This role blends technical skill, customer empathy, and a touch of sales savvy to deliver white-glove support and build lasting client trust.


🧰 What You’ll Do

🔧 Troubleshooting & Repair (Mac + PC)

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote access and inbound calls.
  • Handle system recovery, Mac reinstalls, PC resets, malware removals, and driver updates.
  • Solve issues tied to Outlook, Chrome, game crashes, and general OS performance.

🖨 Device & Network Support

  • Fix printer connectivity and Wi-Fi driver problems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware failures like RAM, power supply, and hard drive issues.
  • Address network glitches and slow internet complaints.

📞 Customer Communication & Documentation

  • Provide clear, confident tech guidance over the phone.
  • Keep detailed logs of problems and solutions.
  • Ensure strong follow-up and customer satisfaction.

💼 Soft Sales & Upselling

  • After resolving issues, offer clients relevant support packages or upgraded services.
  • Leverage your customer rapport to drive trust-based upsells.

  • Backup: 10 Mbps (power-outage capable)

Computer

  • Primary: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM
  • Backup: Intel Core i3 or equivalent
  • Both must remain functional during power interruptions

Workspace Setup
