B12 is looking for a thoughtful and empathetic Customer Success Associate to support clients and experts using its AI-powered web platform. This is a full-time, fully remote position for someone who loves solving problems, listening well, and making users feel supported and heard—especially small business owners who rely on their websites to connect and grow.

• Full-Time, Remote (U.S., Mexico, Argentina, or Philippines)
• Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (New York time)
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions and concerns
• Blend customer support with light web design tasks using internal tools
• Contribute to long-term customer experience and retention
📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle email, phone, and chat interactions with customers
• Guide customers through questions, updates, and requests on their websites
• Manage basic design edits using B12’s internal web suite
• Offer friendly, thoughtful support that builds long-term relationships
• Collaborate with the team to update help center articles and support documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years supporting U.S.-based clients in a customer-facing role
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Comfort working independently and managing competing priorities
• Experience with websites, basic web design tasks, or platform integrations
• Enjoys teaching, troubleshooting, and making people feel supported
