Simetrik is looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with our most strategic clients across Mexico. You’ll serve as the face of Simetrik to key partners, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Your job is to ensure our solutions are helping customers meet their business goals—and that we’re growing alongside them.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Act as the main point of contact for high-priority clients
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
• Understand client business models and recommend tailored solutions
• Partner with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with the product team to align features with customer needs
• Monitor product usage to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
• Create and execute Customer Success Plans to drive retention
• Deliver feedback to internal teams to improve client experience


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to understand complex business needs
• Experience using data to inform strategy and drive results
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
