CrewBloom is hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to serve as the primary point of contact for client success and satisfaction. In this remote, UK-based role, you’ll lead onboarding, build long-term client relationships, and ensure adoption and expansion of our solutions. Your mission: empower customers to achieve measurable outcomes while driving retention and growth.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product implementation
• Conduct live training sessions and product walkthroughs
• Monitor account health, address risks, and champion retention
• Identify upsell opportunities and support expansion
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams
• Advocate for client needs and ensure issue resolution
• Analyze customer success metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn, etc.)
• Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or finance a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving instincts
• Calm under pressure, solutions-first attitude
• Passion for delivering value and building loyalty
