• Keep hygiene and doctor appointment schedules full and efficient
• Proactively contact patients to schedule or confirm appointments
• Discuss treatment costs and follow through on payment agreements

• Coordinate with insurance for benefit verification
• Maintain detailed records and notes of patient interactions
• Communicate with dental lab, accounts, and back office as needed
• Handle last-minute cancellations or medication needs professionally
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Dental education + 1 year experience in dental scheduling/patient management
• Familiar with dental procedures and terminology
• Dentrix or similar software experience is a plus
• Strong communication, especially phone presence
• Fluent English speaker with clear, empathetic delivery
