Intellect is redefining access to mental health through a dynamic telehealth platform. As a Clinical Provider, you’ll offer one-on-one virtual mental health support tailored to each client’s goals. • 📍 Location: Mexico (Local candidates preferred, but others considered)
• 🧾 Employment Type: Freelance / Contract
• 💻 Remote: 100% virtual (some optional onsite work may be available)
• 🕒 Schedule: Fully flexible based on your availability
• ⏱️ Session Format: 60-minute video consultations
📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver 1-on-1 telehealth mental health support to Intellect clients
• Address clinical concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and more
• Apply CBT or other evidence-based approaches to sessions
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance program quality
• Provide feedback to help refine the platform and care model
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Experience
• Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
• Minimum 300 post-master’s clinical hours
• Trained in CBT or other evidence-based therapies (DBT, MI, SFBT, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (or your local language)
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and virtual communication
• Experience in EAPs, working with adults, or coaching managers is a plus
• Willingness to consider onsite sessions if needed is a bonus
