🧾 About the Role
The Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN), a national initiative uniting Planned Parenthood affiliates across the country, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional tech and operations efforts that impact healthcare access and equity. You’ll help architect CHN’s digital infrastructure, manage IT workflows, and drive strategy while championing racial equity and inclusive collaboration.


Position Highlights
• $78,201–$117,301/year (dependent on experience and credentials)
• Full-time | Fully Remote (U.S. only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate and execute technology and operations projects from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with access operations teams, IT vendors, and affiliates to meet business goals
• Conduct systems audits, verify outcomes, and support process improvement initiatives
• Lead disaster recovery and backup strategy, maintain SOPs, and document system performance
• Support change management across software implementations and data infrastructure
• Build strong relationships across culturally diverse stakeholders and team members
• Contribute to continuous learning, racial equity training, and culture building within CHN


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree (CS, Software Eng., Business Management, or equivalent experience)
• Project management background with proven tech/process ownership
• Experience implementing IT solutions that meet complex operational needs
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or business analysis certifications
• High emotional intelligence with strong cultural competence across racial identities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong alignment with CHN’s racial equity mission and Planned Parenthood values


Preferred Experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Familiarity with both Windows and Mac environments
• Experience in healthcare operations or access-focused orgs
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and mentorship skills
• Exposure to EPIC, eCW, or similar platforms a plus

• U.S.-based, self-directed, and comfortable managing cross-time-zone teams
• Proactive communication, comfort with Slack, Zoom, cloud-based PM tools
