🎯 What You’ll Own
- Project Planning: Turn product vision into concrete roadmaps, timelines, and actionable steps.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate across internal and external teams to align goals and deliverables.
- Sprint Execution: Own ticket creation, backlog grooming, team ceremonies, and sprint execution.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team utilization—who’s doing what, when, and why.
- Status Reporting: Provide real-time updates to stakeholders, flag blockers, and keep momentum alive.
- Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve production issues with speed and clarity.
- Process Improvement: Identify friction points in delivery, drive improvements, and elevate team performance.
đź‘€ Who You Are
- Based in EU or India time zones
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- 3+ years experience managing scrum teams or agile squads
- Background in product delivery, with an eye for both tech and user experience
- Clear communicator—both written and verbal
- Skilled at working with UI/UX teams and technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proud of your team’s output
- Experience writing business requirements for software products is a plus
- Bonus if you hold a degree or Master’s in a technology or business discipline
