📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage tailored communication plans for enterprise customers
• Schedule and attend meetings to track issues, document feedback, and guide usage
• Translate customer needs into insights for the product and engineering teams
• Maintain CRM tools with clear technical context
• Contribute to documentation and internal tool optimization


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational/project management skills
• Understanding of data fundamentals: SQL, normalization, data warehousing, analytics, web architecture
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase is a plus)
